Fibertex South Africa (Pty) Ltd has appointed Sefton Fripp, Managing Director and Sandesh Singh, Operations Director. Clive Hitchcock, who was appointed Chief Commercial Officer, Automotive & Wipes, of the holding company, Fibertex Nonwovens A/S, remains on the Board of Fibertex South Africa.
Fibertex – local manufacturers and suppliers of geosynthetic products – offers solutions to mining, civil engineering, construction, waste and environmental fields, as well as to industrial sectors, including automotive, filtration, furniture, medical and flooring.
Over the past few years, Fibertex has seen a steady positive trend in performance of the local operation. Business systems are more stable, operations more effective and commercial strategies more impactful. In order to sustain this momentum and continue to deliver excellent results, organisational changes have been made at management level.
Sefton has demonstrated strong leadership and exceptional performance within the sales function at Fibertex for several years and has a proven track record of fostering a positive, results-driven culture. His skills, experience and leadership are instrumental in guiding the company to even greater success in his new role as Managing Director.
Sandesh is an invaluable member of the Operations team and his leadership and ability to stabilise operational activities, delivering excellent performance, are exceptional. He plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring all processes run smoothly and his contributions are instrumental in delivering the upward trend in business performance.
Clive Hitchcock continues to work closely with the management team, providing important insights and expertise to the Board.
