Invicta Holdings Limited’s specialist automotive division has recently been restructured, with the establishment of Universal Parts Group (UPG) comprising Autobax, Driveshaft Parts and IMEXPART UK, which was acquired in July 2023.

Automotive, agricultural and heavy-duty after-market specialists – UPG – supplies parts for passenger cars, light commercial, heavy-duty, off-highway and agricultural vehicles and also supports heavy-duty vehicles used in industrial sectors.
