Leading engineering consultancy Zutari is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Andisiwe Rweqane as Office Manager in Gqeberha. A Professional Civil Engineer (Pr. Eng.) with 13 years’ experience across Africa, Andisiwe has managed major water, dam, and hydropower projects, bringing a wealth of expertise in project planning, contract management, and strategic leadership.
She has successfully led multidisciplinary teams of over 100 professionals and has been recognised with the Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity (EDI) Champion Award in 2022 for her commitment to empowerment and mentorship.
Her career spans senior positions at leading engineering consultancies where she managed multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects in South Africa, Lesotho, Ghana, Zambia, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe. Andisiwe holds an MBA from the University of the Free State and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
